Dare You To Heads Field of 8 in First Leg of Pacing Classic
The American Pacing Classic returns to California after a nine-year absence with Dare You To topping the field of eight in the $35,000 first leg of the series tonight at Los Alamitos. The race was last held in 1981 with Genghis Khan the victor at Hollywood Park.
The revised American Pacing Classic will be held in the three-legs-and-a-final format with the top nine money earners from the preliminaries invited to participate in the $150,000 event scheduled for Sept. 29.
