NASCAR driver Rob Moroso had a blood-alcohol level of .22, more than twice the legal limit of .10, when he was killed in traffic accident Sunday night, a medical examiner in Charlotte, N.C., said.

Moroso was driving home after racing at Charlotte Motor Speedway when he lost control of his car, killing himself and the driver of another car.
