Seattle Seahawk running back Derrick Fenner, who was wrongfully charged with murder in 1987 and then pleaded guilty to cocaine possession and was grazed in a shooting the next year, has been accused in a police report of kicking and hitting a man in a Seattle restaurant parking lot.
