Baldwin Hills : Galanter to Hold Workshop

Los Angeles City Councilwoman Ruth Galanter will host a workshop designed to help residents of Baldwin Hills, Crenshaw, and Leimert Park improve their communities by learning how to deal with government and private agencies.
The workshop will run from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 3303 West Vernon Ave. It will cover crime prevention, land-use planning, human relations and other areas.
