RE-VISION? Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald, the former Huntington Beach resident convicted of killing his pregnant wife and two small children, is the subject of a segment on ABC’s “20/20” Friday night. . . . An ABC spokeswoman is closed-mouthed about the report, which takes up about 75% of the program, other than to say “there may be evidence to show that he was innocent of the crime.” . . . MacDonald, a 47-year-old former Green Beret who was the subject of the book and mini-series “Fatal Vision,” is serving three consecutive life sentences at Terminal Island federal correctional institution.
