Don’t Cry for Me, Argentina: British rock star Eric Clapton reportedly plans to marry a 24-year-old Argentine whom he met in a restaurant two weeks ago. News agencies in Buenos Aires reported Clapton as saying: “I am going to get married in March.” Clapton was speaking as he left for Rio de Janeiro where he played over the weekend as part of his South American tour. He met his wife-to-be, Ana Maria Roques, in Buenos Aires where she works at one of the city’s most fashionable restaurants.
