Mayor and Celebrities Honored: Composer, record producer and television producer Quincy Jones, actress-dancer Rita Moreno and artist Ed Ruscha will be honored by the Los Angeles Arts Council at its second annual Los Angeles Honors luncheon at the Beverly Hilton on Wednesday. Mayor Tom Bradley will also be honored for his support of the arts and for his efforts to make Los Angeles a major cultural center. The council annually honors those citizens who have made significant contributions to the growth and development of Los Angeles as a cultural center.
