Krauthammer on Rap Music

Make way, peons, the Lord High Inquisitor and right-wing columnist Charles Krauthammer is about to pass judgment on another work of art--and it is all bad, really baaaaad! Charlie and his merry band of moral prigs would like to save America from its artists. Artists like photographer Robert Mapplethorpe and rap group 2 Live Crew, whom he believes are responsible for mass murder, moral decay, sunspots and that yellow waxy buildup on your kitchen floor.

Here is a brief word of advice for Krauthammer and other would-be moral crusaders: When in Rome do not do as the Romans do. That would only lead you to the Vatican’s Sistine Chapel where some pervert painted a bunch of naked men, naked women and naked children (cherubs) all over the walls.
