Short Takes : Linda Evans Puts Past Behind
Ten years ago, Linda Evans was miserable, filled with self-doubt and dependent on men. Today, she has a new life and a new man.
Evans, best known as Krystle on “Dynasty,” will appear next week in the ABC movie “I’ll Take Romance,” her first project since leaving “Dynasty” 1 1/2 years ago.
“I spent a lot of years really working on myself,” Evans said in the Nov. 24 issue of TV Guide. “I wanted to know where I was coming from that I would be 37 years of age, have two failed marriages, no children, and be going out for a career I didn’t want.”
Evans has found love with 35-year-old New Age music composer Yanni but said she feels no need to marry him.
