A 90-year-old woman was crushed and killed by a pickup truck while crossing the street Sunday, police said.
Adeline Belinda was crossing the street at 10th Avenue and B Street at 2:50 p.m. when David Crouse, 32, of Coronado, drove his pickup truck through a red light and was broadsided by another vehicle, police said.
Crouse’s truck, which had been travelling westbound on B Street, rolled over and fell on Belinda, police said.
Belinda was taken to UCSD Medical Center where she died at 6:45 p.m., hospital authorities said.
