From Times Wire Services
LAWRENCE, Kan. —
Kansas forward Mark Randall has had surgery for a leg injury and may miss up to four weeks, the Jayhawks said today.
Randall, a key player for Kansas, suffered an injury in his lower right leg called anterior compartment syndrome when a player fell on him during an exhibition game Nov. 16. The injury had continued to bother him and was aggravated when he was kicked in the same spot during team practice Monday, said Doug Vance, sports information director for Kansas.
