Green Bay quarterback Don Majkowski will miss his fourth consecutive game Sunday and has gone to San Diego for a second opinion on his injured right shoulder, an ailment that could keep him out the rest of the season.

Anthony Dilweg will start when the Packers play the Philadelphia Eagles at Veterans Stadium. Majkowski’s injury, which occurred on Nov. 18, was originally diagnosed as a bruised rotator cuff and tests revealed no tears.
