Burbank Could Go International
These days there are new and improved aircraft using shorter runways for takeoffs and air carriers all going out of business, so why bother expanding Burbank Airport at all?
Now that USAir is pulling out of Burbank, another airline can take its place. A better way to improve the airport would be to permit an international airline to serve the Valley area from Canada or Mexico.
