Weigh Water Cost of Golf Course
I don’t understand how anyone can be required, or even asked, to cut down their water consumption as long as a single golf course is being watered. It doesn’t make any sense.
And by the way, is the city of Rancho Palos Verdes seriously considering a new golf course? What a great idea! Since we’re short on water and in the midst of a drought, let’s build a golf course and dump thousands of gallons of water on it daily, so a few people can have something green to walk on.
Shades of “Let them eat cake.”
