Forum for Candidates Will Be Televised

Eight candidates for two seats on the Glendale City Council will discuss their platforms and answer questions from newspaper reporters in a televised forum Friday.
The forum for the April 2 election is sponsored by Glendale Community College and the Glendale Homeowners Coordinating Council, a coalition of homeowner groups. Admission is free.
The forum will begin at 7 p.m. in Glendale Community College’s Kreider Hall, 1500 N. Verdugo Road. Sammons Communications will videotape the program and show it five times on cable public access channel 34: 7 p.m. Saturday, 5 and 10 p.m. Wednesday, and 5 and 10 p.m. March 27.
