2 Bridges on 405 Freeway to Undergo Strengthening
The California Transportation Commission has allocated $1.1 million for strengthening two bridges on the San Diego Freeway (405) in Long Beach and Carson. The bridges cross the Los Angeles River just east of the Long Beach Freeway (710) interchange, and the Dolores Yard railroad tracks just west of the Alameda Street/223rd Street ramps.
