Two people were hospitalized after striking a police car while joy-riding on a motorcycle on the Atlanta Motor Speedway track after the Motorcraft 500.
A hospital spokeswoman identified the two as Howard Coats Jr., 46, and Sandy Golden, 29, both of Jackson, Ga. Coats suffered possible broken bones and Golden had cuts, the spokeswoman said.
