Sandy Sculpture: Since it is too cold for the beach, Laguna Hills Mall is bringing the beach to shoppers.
A team of sculptors has carved a 35-foot-long train of storybook characters from 38 tons of sand in the mall’s Center Court. The train took three days to build and will be displayed all month.
