Shootings at N.Y. Restaurants Kill 2
Two men were killed and four people were wounded in three separate shootings at New York City restaurants, police said Sunday.
Two men were killed Saturday night in a shooting at a Spanish restaurant in Brooklyn. Two others were seriously injured. Police had no motive or suspect.
In the Bronx, an off-duty corrections officer leaving a restaurant restroom walked into an armed holdup and traded shots with two would-be robbers, wounding one and getting hit in the arm himself, police said. The suspects were later apprehended.
Also in the Bronx, a man leaving a restaurant was shot and seriously wounded.
