Togetherness Delayed: “Together Again,” which reunites Sid Caesar and Imogene Coca in sketches from the classic 1950s TV series “Your Show of Shows,” has been put on hold at the Westwood Playhouse because Caesar is scheduled to undergo surgery later this week due to numbness in his leg. The show is scheduled to open July 9 in San Francisco, with the Los Angeles engagement pushed back to a Sept. 25 opening. Tickets may be exchanged at the Westwood Playhouse box office.
