Florida state legislators told NCAA Executive Director Dick Shultz that they will pass a law to assure state schools “due process’ in fighting penalties against their athletic programs.

The NCAA announced that Warren Burger, former chief justice of the Supreme Court, and nine others will make up a committee to review the organization’s rules enforcement and infractions process.
