House Arrest: Actor Jeff Conaway, who played Bobby Wheeler on the TV show “Taxi,” Friday was ordered by a Los Angeles judge to spend 60 days under house arrest and serve three years probation for hitting a bicycle rider while driving drunk. Conaway’s blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit of .08 when he sideswiped the bike rider in February, 1990, prosecutors said. Conaway, 40, was ordered to perform 300 hours of community service, and his driver’s license was suspended.
