According to a survey by Red Lion Hotels, which operates its lone Orange County hotel at a Costa Mesa site near South Coast Plaza, the most frequent complaints of business travelers about hotels are the unavailability of discounted rooms (37%), telephone surcharges (36%) and failure to receive wake-up calls (26%).
