K rations: Darryl Strawberry struck out twice Sunday, giving him strikeouts in eight consecutive games and 11 on this trip. . . . Strawberry’s return to New York has sold out Shea Stadium for Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s games--the first sellouts there since opening day. “A sellout just means more boos,” Strawberry said. . . . Juan Samuel passed Kal Daniels for the team RBI lead with 19. . . . Brett Butler ran his hitting streak to 12 games with a fifth-inning single. . . . Strawberry and Butler collided on a ball in the right-center alley that went for a triple for Charlie Hayes. Butler took the blame for the mix-up: “It’s my fault ‘cause I didn’t call it at all. I wasn’t quite sure (of making the catch) and I never knew he was there.” . . . Dodger announcer Vin Scully is Bob Costas’ guest on NBC’s “Later” tonight at 1:30 a.m.
