“On Scene: Emergency Response,” a weekly television show produced in Irvine that follows paramedics, firefighters and police to life-and-death emergencies, has been picked up by KABC-TV for its third season, executive producer Dave Forman said. The program, which is now carried locally over KNBC Sundays at midnight, will switch to Saturdays at 6:30 p.m. in September on KABC, Forman said.
