Beverly Hills : Jazz Festival Planned

Legendary jazz singer Joe Williams will be the headliner at the Playboy Jazz Festival in Beverly Hills, which will be held June 9 at Beverly Gardens beginning at 2 p.m. The Beverly Hills Food Festival will be held at the park beginning at 11 a.m., featuring food and beverages supplied by many of the city’s best-known restaurants.

The free concert will also feature Latin jazz percussionist Poncho Sanchez and the Capp-Pierce Juggernaut Band. The food festival will feature the cuisine of 25 restaurants in the city, with samples costing between $2 and $3 per serving.

Beverly Gardens is on Santa Monica Boulevard between Rodeo and Canon drives.
