Santa Monica : Crafts Market Planned
The Contemporary Crafts Market, a show and sale featuring the work of more than 200 artists and artisans, will open Friday evening with a preview to benefit Caring for Babies With AIDS.
The show and sale will be held Friday through Sunday at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. The benefit, which includes refreshments and live entertainment, is $15. Admission Saturday and Sunday is $4.
Caring for Babies With AIDS is a nonprofit organization that operates the only group home in Los Angeles for babies and other youngsters at high risk for developing AIDS.
The Civic Auditorium is at the corner of Pico Boulevard and Main Street in Santa Monica.
