RECOGNITION: U.S. Sen. John F. Seymour, barely known to most California voters, needs to raise up to $20 million for the 1992 election, mainly to buy TV ads. Perhaps he can use the line he tried out on the Queen of England during her recent U.S. visit. Introduced to Her Royal Highness, the former Anaheim mayor good-naturedly identified himself as “the senator from Disneyland.”
