Monrovia District Names Superintendent
Gary Rapkin has been named assistant superintendent for personnel and curriculum for the Monrovia Unified School District. He previously held the same position in the Glendora Unified School District.
Rapkin replaces Louise Taylor, who has been named superintendent of the Monrovia district.
