SANTA ANA : Nursing Program Awarded $10,000

Rancho Santiago College’s nursing program has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Carl W. Bull Fund, college officials announced.

The grant will go toward scholarships and awards for nursing program students in the coming academic year. The Bull Fund, established in 1984 and administered by the California Community Foundation, provides nursing grants to Orange County community colleges with accredited nursing programs.

Previous Bull awards to Rancho Santiago College have totaled $32,000. This year’s award is the largest single award to date, college officials said.
