FULLERTON : Airport to Get State Construction Loan
Fullerton Municipal Airport will receive a $700,000 state loan to pay for the construction of sun shades and hangers at the facility.
The loan will be repaid in three installments of $250,000 over a 12-year period at a 6.5% interest rate, said Airport Director Roland Elder.
Elder said the first installment of the loan is expected to arrive in about five or six months. The loan will pay for the construction of 17 hangers and five sun shades. About 660 airplanes are based at the Fullerton airport.
