Azusa : Rent Control Law Studied
Escalating rents at mobile home parks are a “significant problem” that could be solved either through rent control or continued negotiations with landlords, according to a report presented to the City Council Monday.

Another option would be to continue negotiations started last year with mobile home park owners.
Council members took no action on the report, saying they first want to talk to La Verne’s mayor about the rent control law.
