Europe Transition Plan

WASHINGTON —
The Bush Administration Wednesday announced an $18-million education program to help countries of Central and Eastern Europe make the transition to free-market economies.
The program emphasizes economic training and will include participation of 32 U.S. colleges, universities and other organizations.
