Dr. Desmond B. Chiong of San Gabriel has been elected lieutenant governor for Division 10 of the Kiwanis International district covering California, Nevada and Hawaii.
Chiong will coordinate the 13 clubs in the division, with emphasis on membership growth, new clubs and community service activities.
