Fox’s New News Director: Leo C. Greene has been named news director of KTTV Fox Channel 11. He comes to Fox from his post as senior news producer at the PBS station KCET Channel 28, where he won a Los Angeles-area Emmy for the series “By the Year 2000,” which investigates public policy issues.
