Contractor McCarthy/Pacific Names Senior Vice President

W. Carter Chappell has been promoted to senior vice president of operations for McCarthy/Pacific, the Irvine general contracting and construction management company. He was formerly vice president of construction. In his new position, Chappell will manage contracting, scheduling and field operations for all the company’s projects. In addition, Frank L. Pasztor has been named vice president and will supervise preconstruction and construction activities, manage field operations and oversee equipment operations. Pasztor had been construction director for four years.
