ANAHEIM : Hearing Scheduled on Motel Expansion
The City Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday to consider allowing the owners of an 18-unit motel in West Anaheim to build a 24-unit addition.
The owners of the motel, about a block east of the intersection of Lincoln and Knott avenues, are hoping to win council approval for a conditional use permit that would allow the expansion.
No one has opposed the project, which is near the Buena Park city limits and borders a mobile home park, and the city planning staff has recommended approval.
