Tiger Woods of Cypress shot eight-over 80 and dropped 14 shots off the lead of the Insurance Youth Golf Classic in Ann Arbor, Mich.

Woods, the defending champion of the tournament, recorded a 10 on a par-5 hole. His 156 after two rounds likely puts him out of reach of leader Scott Johnson of Kennewick, Wash., who has 142.

Scott Gibson, who will be a senior at Huntington Beach High in September, shot 73 and is in a four-way tie for fifth at 151.
