The Boston Celtics signed guard Anderson Hunt, the only UNLV starter not selected in this year’s draft. The Celtics also extended forward Kevin McHale’s contract through the 1992-93 season.
Chris Gatling of Old Dominion, one of the Golden State Warriors’ three first-round draft picks, was signed to a five-year contract reportedly worth $5.6 million, $4.75 million of it guaranteed.
