Tustin Team Wins Colt World Series
Tustin defeated Mid Michigan, 14-1, in five innings to win the Colt League World Series title Tuesday in Lafayette, Ind.
The game was called after five innings because of the mercy rule.
Luis Estrella had a three-run home run in the fifth inning to give Tustin the final margin of victory.
Tustin advances to the Super World Series in Columbus, Ga., and plays its first game Friday night against Suffolk, Va.
