First of all, Mr. Downey, you’re not from L.A., you’re just another traffic-making transplant from the east.

Second, the last time you chose to do a little city-bashing, the Lakers lost to Phoenix in the second round.

Still, you now choose to bash Atlanta (Aug. 23), both the city and the team.

Your article is such a blatant attempt at satire that your motives become questionable. Take your style with you back to Detroit.
