OUTLOOK
Fegraus returns as one of Orange County’s top receivers. He was an All-Southern Section and all-league pick last season, catching 49 passes for 1,144 yards. College football scouts are beginning to notice Fegraus, who has a 3.7 grade-point average and is also one of the county’s top volleyball players. “Eric has some good opportunities as far as college,” Olney said. “But he needs a good season this year.” The question is whether the new quarterbacks can get the ball to Fegraus, Karg and Matjas. Wood, promoted from the freshman team, will challenge Abraham, a third-stringer last year, for the starting quarterback spot. “Both quarterbacks did an adequate job for us in summer (passing league),” Olney said. “But it’s still a big question mark for us.” Peery rushed for 480 yards as a blocking back last season.
