PRINCELY EXCEPTION: Louie Louie is getting a royal assist. The Santa Ana-based dance-pop singer (real name, Louie Cordero) enlisted one of his heroes, Prince, to write and produce three tracks for his next album. . . . “I never sing anybody else’s songs,” says Cordero, but Prince is another matter. The songs, “Get Blue,” “Hey, Louie Louie” and “Dance Unto the Rhythm,” will be on an album dubbed “Aggression,” due out early next year.
