WELCOME: Members of two Orange County groups commended as “Points of Light” for their volunteer work will greet President Bush when he arrives today in Los Angeles. . . . The Eli Home for abused children in Orange will send its founders, Mike and Lorri Galloway. Saint Joseph’s Ballet Company in Santa Ana will send Beth Burns, its artistic director, and dancer Jessica Botello, 9, above. Said a spokeswoman: “When Jessica’s mother heard the news, she was so excited she almost dropped the phone.”
