Oregon’s Pacific 10 player of the year, Terrell Brandon, signed a seven-year contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Brandon, the 11th player selected in the June draft, becomes the highest choice to sign. The delay in signings has been blamed on the Charlotte Hornets’ inability to reach agreement with top pick Larry Johnson, whose contract is expected to serve as a benchmark for the others.
