Listing of Road Closures

Caltrans advises motorists that it has scheduled the following freeway work in the Southeast and Long Beach area this week. Repair locations are spotted on the map by number and are identified in the list below by the nearest city or cities.

ARTESIA FREEWAY (91)

1. Bellflower: Eastbound No. 1 and 2 lanes from Bellflower Boulevard to the San Gabriel River Freeway (605) junction; 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; asphalt patching.

LONG BEACH FREEWAY (710)

2. Bell: Southbound on-ramp from westbound Atlantic Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday; guardrail repair.

3. South Gate: Northbound and southbound No. 1 lane between Firestone Boulevard and Imperial Highway; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; guardrail repair.

POMONA FREEWAY (60)

4. Industry: Westbound connector from the westbound Pomona Freeway (60) to the northbound and southbound San Gabriel River Freeway (605); 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. today; drain repair.

SANTA ANA FREEWAY (5)

5. Commerce: Southbound No. 3 and 4 lanes at the Garfield Avenue undercrossing; 6 to 11 a.m. today; stenciling.

6. Norwalk: Southbound No. 4 lane from Orr & Day Road to Pioneer Boulevard (emergency parking lane only); 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday; landscaping.

7. Santa Fe Springs: Southbound No. 4 lane from Florence Avenue to Orr & Day Road, plus the Orr & Day Road on-ramp; 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday; sign repair.

8. Various Cities: Northbound and southbound No. 1 lanes between Artesia Boulevard and Indiana Avenue; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; sweeping.

7TH STREET (Highway 22)

9. Long Beach: Eastbound No. 1 lane at the Los Cerritos Channel; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday; bridge repair.

10. Long Beach: Eastbound No. 2 and 3 lanes from Los Cerritos Channel to the Studebaker Road on-ramp; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday; bridge repair.
