SEATTLE —
The Noble Broadcast Group of San Diego has sold Seattle radio station KIXI-AM to Sandusky Radio Group of San Francisco for $3.5 million.
Money from the sale, which was announced Friday, will be used to help promote Noble’s FM station in Seattle, KNDD, which recently changed its format to “cutting-edge rock,” said company chairman John T. Lynch.
Noble owns 18 stations in 10 cities. Sandusky owns four stations in four cities, including KLSY-FM in Seattle.
