ON THE LIST? Huntington Beach businessman Ron Cedillos has been named in the nationally syndicated Evans and Novak column as a possible appointee to the Bush Cabinet. . . . Cedillos, president of an aerospace firm in Long Beach and a major Republican fund-raiser, was said to be under consideration for secretary of commerce. The current secretary, Robert A. Mosbacher, is leaving to run Bush’s reelection campaign. The column says Cedillos meets two criteria the White House is seeking: He’s Latino and from California.
