Cincinnati Beats Up on Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
Vince Powell ran for 126 yards and Mike Britford scored two touchdowns Saturday as Cincinnati ended a 10-game losing streak by defeating Louisville, 30-7.
The Bearcats (1-4) scored two touchdowns in each of the first two quarters and shut out the Cardinals (2-3) in the first half.
Britford’s 50-yard touchdown run in the second quarter gave Cincinnati a 27-0 lead at halftime.
Cincinnati tailback David Small gained 111 yards in 19 carries.
