Linebacker Tim Harris, acquired by the San Francisco 49ers less than two weeks ago from Green Bay, was arrested for investigation of drunk driving in San Jose.
Harris, who underwent outpatient counseling for alcohol abuse while with the Packers in 1989, was scheduled to be activated today for today’s game against the Atlanta Falcons.
